Carer Info -
Are there tickets for the disabled?
Yes, disabled customers are required to purchase a ticket and then send the confirmation, as well as a photo/copy of their DLA/PIP letter to info@rockthemote.com. We will then process the documents and provide them with a carer ticket free of charge.

Will there be disabled toilets?
Yes, there will be numerous disabled toilets on site.

What is accessibility like?
The event is fully wheelchair accessible, with a separate entrance from our disabled parking area.

Will there be a disabled viewing area?
Yes, there will be a disabled viewing area at the front of stage. To gain access to this, please speak to the member of security staff at the entrance to the viewing area.

Please note, this area can get quite loud, so please consider bringing earplugs or other hearing protection.

Is there disabled parking?
Yes, disabled customers will still be required to purchase a parking ticket from however when you arrive please show both your blue badge and parking ticket. You will then be directed to the disabled section of the car park to make it easier for you to access the site.
